Originally from Akron, OH James M. Henshaw earned a degree in Economics from The Ohio State University in 1978 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 1981 from The University of Akron.
Jim is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, the Mahoning County Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Summit County Trial Lawyers’ Association.
While a large number of Jim’s cases involve personal injury and wrongful death, he practices in all areas of civil litigation.
